2026 Live Online Program

Henry Shukman

A year of live practice with Henry

Join Henry Shukman for our 2026 Live Online Program, and become part of a community of practitioners deepening their meditation practice, together.

Committing to a year-long journey of transformation is one of the most powerful things we can do to deepen and grow our awareness, insight, and healing. As we grow in our practice, the benefits that we experience ripple out into our family, community, and the broader world.

What’s included

You’ll join Henry for four Deep Dives throughout 2026. Each Deep Dive unfolds over three weeks and is built around a poem or text; sometimes a classic work from Zen or other traditions, or poetry that Henry has written himself.

During each Deep Dive you’ll gather for three live two-hour Sunday sessions with Henry, featuring extended guided meditations (25-30 minutes), in-depth dharma talks, and Q&A.

Between Henry’s sessions, you can join your fellow practitioners for an optional 30-minute sit and share, which includes a silent meditation followed by time to reflect on what you’re learning.

Throughout the year, you’ll stay connected via a dedicated WhatsApp group. And for the first time, we’re including a curated reading list of Henry’s favorite dharma books, giving you the chance to organize book clubs and deepen your study alongside fellow practitioners.

Our 2026 Deep Dives

Caravan: Shedding the myth of perfection in practice

Dates: January 25, February 1, February 8

This course invites participants to release the pressure of striving for a “perfect” meditation practice and instead embrace the natural rhythm of distraction and return, as beautifully echoed in Rumi’s poetry. Mindfulness is not about controlling thoughts but about remembering to return to the present moment, again and again, without self-judgment. Participants will learn practical tools for deepening awareness, handling emotions and pain, expanding mindfulness throughout daily life, and grounding themselves in their own lived experience.

Sweeping the yard: Integrating practice with everyday life

Dates: April 19, April 26, May 3

This course brings mindfulness off the cushion and into the flow of everyday life, helping participants bridge the gap between formal meditation and the challenges of daily responsibilities. Ordinary moments – whether chores, work, or interactions with family and friends – can become opportunities for practice and presence. Rather than seeking retreat from the world, we can discover the extraordinary within the ordinary, making mindfulness a living, supportive part of daily life.

Mountains & Rivers remain: Finding peace in troubled times

Dates: July 12, July 19, July 26

This course explores how meditation can help us find resilience and peace amidst life’s turbulence. Through guided meditations, dharma talks, and community practice, Henry offers practical tools for soothing the nervous system, easing anxiety, and cultivating presence and compassion, even in the midst of turbulence and trauma. At the same time, the course opens the door to a deeper dimension of peace – an ever-present, non-dual awareness that transcends circumstances and reveals an unconditional sense of well-being.

Rice in the bowl: Awakening in ordinary life

Dates: October 25, November 1, November 8

This course invites participants to discover awakening not as a distant goal but as something found in the heart of daily life, where even the most ordinary moments reveal profound beauty. Drawing on Zen stories and wisdom, Henry will show how meditation can help us see both the miracle of simply experiencing life and the extraordinary potential hidden in everyday objects and encounters. Through guided meditations, dharma talks, and open Q&A, students will be supported in uncovering the beauty inherent in their own lives while sharing the journey in a nourishing community of fellow practitioners.

It was really inspiring to witness everyone’s commitment to the transformation of themselves, of their community, and of the world. These Sunday sessions are really so special because it’s a chance for us to come together and we can ground in this practice.
