Stillness Flowing: An online mini-retreat for The Way's Australian Sangha
A moment of exploration, shared stillness and community
A half-day online retreat with Mike Kelly
Stillness Flowing is a 3.5-hour guided retreat in which Mike Kelly will facilitate a series of Henry Shukman's teachings from The Way.
Through Henry's guided sits, a dharma talk, live Q&A and group discussion, you'll be invited to deepen your sitting practice, explore effortlessness, allowing, flow states and their relationship to awakening.
What to expect
Over the course of 3.5 hours, you'll:
- Develop stability of mind to explore the third inn of practice: flow
- Deepen practice with extended sits, exploring how this can offer clarity, ease and a greater capacity to allow our lives to be
- Explore the relationship between the zones of practice: mindfulness, support, flow and awakening
This event is suitable for all levels of experience.
