Love this meditation app! I like how Henry’s teachings are progressive - not sure if any other meditation app offers a linear approach to meditation & the way to awakening, and by a Zen master! The resource library is also top-notch, in addition to the daily meditations.

Don’t think of this as an app. It’s more of an extremely well-designed and content-rich course packaged in a well built app that is all specifically focused to help you learn how to meditate and integrate the practice into your daily living.

If I could give it 6 stars I would. The single path structure has really helped me maintain a daily meditation. Henry Shukman's warm, friendly approach is easy to follow, encouraging, and full of wisdom. Hands down my favourite meditation app

Henry Shukman

Henry is an authorized Zen Master in the Sanbo Zen lineage, the co-founder of The Way meditation app, and the Spiritual Director Emeritus of Mountain Cloud Zen Center in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

In addition to teaching meditation, Henry is an award-winning author and poet. His struggles and traumatic experiences as a youth, combined with a spontaneous awakening experience at 19, and decades of practice training, paved the way for Henry to develop a well-rounded approach to healing and awakening through meditation.
