Your companions during the challenge
Dr Rangan Chatterjee and Henry Shukman met last year, when Henry was a guest on the Feel Better, Live More podcast. Bonded by a shared love of meditation and the impact it’s had on their lives, a deep friendship has grown from that first conversation.
